Sociable Plugin Update for Wordpress

I have just sent Peter a small update which he can hopefully include:-

* Adding the nofollow tag to the links
* Inclusion of a Plug IM button
* Inclusion of a Bumpzee Button

Also talk about PlugIM Bumpzee and Technorati WTF
